Three packages, built around what you need.

Three ways to work with us. Every package is delivered in-house by the same people you brief, and every package can move up or down as you grow. Every package is quoted to your scope, so talk to our sales team and we will tell you honestly which one fits, or if none of them do.

Quoted to your scope. No lock-in contracts, one month's notice to stop.

Starter

For brands just getting serious about content, and small or local businesses testing the waters.

  • Social content, 2–3 posts per week (reels, carousels, UGC)
  • Ad management on one platform: Meta or Google
  • Monthly performance report with plain-English commentary
  • Execution only, no strategy or positioning work
Contact sales

Scale

For brands who want an in-house marketing team without the overhead of hiring one.

  • Everything in Growth
  • Full marketing strategy and funnel builds
  • Dedicated content shoots, not recycled assets
  • Website and tech work: rebuilds, SEO overhauls
  • Weekly check-ins and priority turnaround

Included in every package

The things other agencies charge extra for, or quietly leave out.

Direct access

You message the person doing the work, not an account manager relaying it. Same Slack, same room.

You own everything

Ad accounts, pixels, domains, content files. All in your name, handed over whenever you ask.

Real reporting

What we spent, what it returned, what we learned. Including the tests that did not work.

No lock-in

Month-to-month with one month's notice. We would rather earn the next month than trap you in it.

Before you ask

Is ad spend included?

No. The monthly fee covers our work: strategy, creative, campaign build and management. Your ad spend goes directly to Meta, Google or TikTok on your own card, so you keep full control and full visibility of it. We will recommend a starting spend based on your goals as part of your quote.

What is not included?

Ad spend, as above. Beyond that: paid software and subscriptions are yours (email platform, scheduling tools, stock licences), and we will always recommend the cheapest thing that does the job rather than a tool we resell.

Also not included at any tier: logo and visual identity design, print production, PR and media relations, and influencer contracts. These are real disciplines and there are people who do them better than us. We will happily work alongside whoever you bring in.

Starter specifically excludes strategy and positioning work. It is execution on one channel, which is a deliberate limit rather than an upsell trap.

Do you require contracts?

No lock-in term. Everything is month-to-month with one month's notice on either side, and there is no minimum commitment, no twelve-month tie-in and no exit fee.

There is a short written agreement, because both sides benefit from scope, deliverables and payment terms being written down. It is a page, not a deed, and it says what we are doing and what it costs. You can end it at the end of any month.

The reason is simple: an agency that needs a twelve-month contract to keep clients is telling you something about months four through twelve. We would rather earn the next month.

How is each package priced?

To your scope. A single-location café in Lahore and a six-branch retailer across Karachi and Islamabad need very different volumes of the same service: how many platforms, how much content per month, how many products or locations. After a short call with our sales team you get a fixed monthly quote in writing, and it does not move unless the scope does.

Is there a setup cost?

Sometimes. The first two weeks can be front-loaded work that never repeats: auditing what you already have, setting up or cleaning tracking and pixels, building the content calendar, and getting access to every account properly. Where that applies it is shown as a separate one-time line in your quote, rather than buried in the first three months of the retainer.

Can I start small and move up later?

That is how most of our clients work. Start on Starter, prove the channel, then move to Growth when the numbers justify more spend and more surface area. Moving up costs nothing extra and does not restart onboarding. Moving down is equally fine.

What if my budget is small?

Tell us anyway. Sometimes the honest answer is that a retainer is not the right spend for you yet, and a one-off project such as a website, a content shoot, or a strategy session will do more for you than a thin monthly service. We would rather point you there than take a retainer that cannot work.

Do you work with businesses outside Pakistan?

Yes. We are based in Pakistan and a good share of our work is local, which is where the local knowledge earns its keep. But paid media, email and web work travel fine, and we run those for clients in other time zones. We will be upfront if a market is one where we would be guessing.
