Meta Ads on Facebook and Instagram, measured against real sales and leads.
Facebook and Instagram advertising planned, produced and managed in-house by our team in Lahore, for businesses in Pakistan, the UK, the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Creative testing, catalogue ads, click-to-WhatsApp and lead forms, with tracking you can trust.
Why Meta Ads disappoint
Meta will spend whatever you give it. The question is what comes back, and many accounts we see cannot answer that cleanly. The Pixel misses conversions that browsers now block, events are duplicated or misnamed, and Ads Manager does not match what landed in the till or the inbox.
Creative is the other problem. On Facebook and Instagram, the ad itself now does much of the targeting work. Brands run the same few images for months, results fade, and the usual response is to change the audience when people have simply stopped noticing the ad.
And lead ads have a reputation for junk for a reason. A form that fills itself in and submits in two taps produces plenty of names and few customers.
Our approach
Tracking you can rely on. We set up the Meta Pixel together with the Conversions API, so events are sent from your server as well as the browser, deduplicated and matched to the right actions. Without that, delivery is optimising on partial data.
Constant creative testing. We test genuinely different hooks, formats and angles rather than small tweaks to one ad. Our creative content team produces the video, statics, carousels and UGC in-house, so new ads are ready before the current ones tire.
Catalogue ads for e-commerce. We connect your product catalogue so Meta can show the right product to the right person, including people who viewed it or left it in their cart. We clean the feed first, because a wrong title, image or stock level in the feed is a wrong ad.
Click-to-WhatsApp ads. Many customers, particularly in Pakistan, would rather ask in a chat than fill in a form. These ads open a WhatsApp conversation straight from the feed, with greeting, quick replies and tracking set up so you can see which ads start conversations that end in a sale.
Lead-form quality over volume. When a lead form is the right tool, we use the higher-intent form type, add a qualifying question or two, and ask you which leads were real, so the campaign learns from good leads rather than any lead.
Meta reaches people before they search; Google Ads catches them when they do. For organic posting and community management, see our social media marketing service.
How a Meta Ads engagement runs
Audit tracking
Check the Pixel, Conversions API, events, domain verification and account structure before new money is spent.
Plan offers and creative
Agree what we are selling and to whom, then brief and produce the first round of ads in-house.
Launch and test
A simple structure, with enough budget per test to get a clear answer.
Refresh creative
New concepts go in on a regular cycle; ads that have stopped working come out.
Scale and refine
Budget moves to proven ads, and lead quality and sales data feed back into what campaigns optimise for.

How we measure results
Reach, likes and video views are easy to grow and say little about the business. We report them, but manage your ads against:
- Purchases and revenue: with return on ad spend for online stores, after returns and refused cash-on-delivery orders where you can share that data.
- Qualified leads and cost per qualified lead: the leads you would actually call back.
- WhatsApp conversations: how many each ad starts, and how many become customers.
- Results by creative: which ideas produce sales or leads at a cost that works.
- Frequency and fatigue: early signs that an ad is wearing out.
Every month you get a written report on spend, results and the tests we ran, including the ones that failed. You also have live access to your own dashboard in the Client Area between reports.

Examples of the campaigns and creative we produce are on our work page. Results depend on your product, offer and market, so we would rather talk through yours than promise a number.
Common questions
How much does Meta Ads management cost?
It is quoted to scope: campaigns and markets, how much creative you need each month, and whether tracking or your product feed needs fixing first. We do not publish prices. Ad spend is separate and goes straight to Meta. See what each of our Packages includes, or contact us for a quote.
How long before we see results?
Ads can start delivering within a day of approval, but Meta’s system needs time and conversions to learn. The first weeks are about testing. Expect four to six weeks before the numbers mean much, and two to three months before we would call a campaign proven.
Do you work with businesses outside Pakistan?
Yes. Our team is based in Lahore and works remotely with businesses in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, as well as Pakistan. Campaigns and creative are made for your market, and calls fit your hours.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Everything is month-to-month with one month’s notice on either side. There is no lock-in, no minimum term and no exit fee.
Do you provide reporting?
Yes. A written monthly report covering spend, sales or leads, cost per result and the creative tests we ran, plus live access to your own dashboard at any time.
Who owns the ad accounts and the Pixel?
You do. The ad account, business portfolio, Pixel and catalogue are set up in your name. If we part ways you keep every account, audience and Pixel, with its learning intact.
Do you make the ads as well?
Yes. Scripts, shoots, editing and design are done by our in-house creative team, so testing is never held up waiting for an outside studio.
