Fast sites that search engines can actually read.

Website design, SEO and full rebuilds. Built lean, built to load in under a second, and built so the traffic your marketing earns does not leak away on the landing page.

Where marketing money leaks

You can run a perfect campaign into a bad page and lose most of it. A site that takes four seconds on mobile loses a meaningful share of visitors before they see anything, and every one of those was paid for.

So we treat the website as part of the marketing spend rather than a separate IT project. Speed, clarity and a single obvious next action on every page. Nothing decorative that costs a second of load time.

On the search side, the most common problem we find is one page trying to rank for five services at once. Search engines cannot tell what it is about, so it ranks for none of them. Splitting that into a page per service, each written the way people actually phrase the search, is usually the single highest-return change available.

We build lean by default. Static builds where they fit, a CMS where you genuinely need to edit things yourself. Not fifteen plugins and a page builder that adds two seconds to every visit.

What you get

  • Website design & buildNew sites and full rebuilds, designed around what the page needs to make happen.
  • Landing pagesCampaign-specific pages that match the ad that sent the visitor, so the message does not break.
  • Technical SEOSite structure, metadata, schema, sitemaps and the crawl problems nobody has looked at.
  • Speed workImage compression, lazy loading, font and script cleanup. Usually the fastest measurable win.
  • Content SEOA page per service, plus answer-style articles aimed at what people ask before buying.
  • Analytics & trackingSet up so the numbers in your reports come from something real and verifiable.

Who it's for

Anyone whose site is slow, unclear, or five years old.

Especially businesses paying for traffic that lands somewhere unconvincing, and service businesses whose one Services page is trying to rank for everything they do at once.

Example deliverable

A rebuilt site with a page per service and sub-second mobile load.

Plus redirects mapped from every old URL so rankings survive the move, schema and metadata in place, and analytics set up so the numbers in your reports mean something.

How a rebuild runs

Audit

Speed, structure and search visibility as they stand today, with a baseline recorded so improvement is provable.

Structure

The page map first: what pages exist, what each one is for, and what it should rank for.

Build

Designed and built page by page, on a staging URL you can watch progress on rather than waiting for a reveal.

Launch & measure

Redirects mapped so you keep existing rankings, then speed and search position tracked against the baseline.

Common questions

How long does a rebuild take?

A focused small-business site is usually three to five weeks from brief to launch. The variable is almost never the build, it is how fast copy and photography come together, which is why we prefer to handle those in-house too.

Will we lose our search rankings?

Not if the redirects are mapped properly, which is the step that gets skipped most often. Every old URL points at its closest new equivalent before launch, and we monitor for a month afterwards to catch anything that slipped.

Can we edit the site ourselves afterwards?

If you want to, yes, and we will build on a CMS to make that comfortable. If you would rather not touch it, a static build is faster and cheaper to host, and small changes are part of the retainer.

How long until SEO work shows up?

Technical and speed fixes can move things within weeks. Content and ranking work is a three to six month horizon, honestly. Anyone promising page one in a month is either guessing or selling something else.

We will run the speed and structure numbers before the call, so we have something concrete to talk about.
