Paid media and email, measured against revenue.
Google Ads and Meta Ads managed daily, email flows that recover the sales you are currently losing, and reporting that tells you what came back rather than how many people saw it.
Impressions are not the job
Plenty of agencies will show you a dashboard full of reach, engagement and impressions. Those numbers are easy to move and easy to hide behind. The only question worth answering is whether the money you put in came back with more attached.
So we set tracking up properly before we spend anything. Conversion events, server-side where it matters, and a clear definition of what counts as a result for your business, whether that is a purchase, a booking, a call or a form.
Then we start small and deliberately. One audience, one offer, one clear read on whether it works, before the budget goes anywhere near its ceiling. Scaling a campaign that has not proven itself is the fastest way to spend a quarter's budget learning nothing.
Email is where most of the easy money is. Almost every brand we audit is losing sales to an empty abandoned-cart flow. It is unglamorous, it takes a week to build, and it usually outperforms the first month of ad spend.
What you get
- Meta AdsFull campaign build and daily management across Facebook and Instagram placements.
- Google AdsSearch, Performance Max and Shopping, structured so you can see what each is doing.
- Email flowsWelcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase and win-back, written and built end to end.
- Tracking setupPixels, conversion events and goals, audited and fixed before any spend starts.
- Creative testingNew hooks and angles into rotation continuously, because every winning ad eventually stops winning.
- Monthly reportingSpend, return, and what we learned, in plain English. Including the tests that failed.
Who it's for
Businesses with an offer that already converts in person, on the phone or online, who want more of those conversations.
Also for anyone currently spending on ads without being able to say what came back. That is the most common reason people call us.
Example deliverable
Live Meta and Google accounts with tracking verified end to end.
Three email flows running (welcome, abandoned cart, win-back), a creative test queue two rounds deep, and a one-page monthly report showing spend, revenue and the next test.
The first ninety days
Audit & fix tracking
Before anything runs. Roughly half the accounts we inherit are measuring the wrong event or double-counting it.
Prove one channel
A small, controlled budget against one clear offer. We are buying information first, volume second.
Build the email safety net
Flows go live in parallel, so the traffic the ads bring has somewhere to go if it does not buy first time.
Scale what worked
Budget moves toward the proven angle, and creative testing keeps a queue of replacements ready for when it fatigues.
Common questions
How much ad spend do we need?
For most local businesses, Rs 85,000–170,000 a month is enough to get a real read on one channel. Below roughly Rs 70,000 the data comes in too slowly to learn from, and we would rather tell you that than take the retainer and report noise for three months.
Who owns the ad accounts?
You do. We work inside your Business Manager and your Google Ads account, with our own access that you can revoke. If we part ways you keep every account, audience and pixel, with all its learning intact.
How soon will we see results?
Email flows usually produce revenue within two to three weeks of going live. Paid media takes longer to read honestly: expect four to six weeks before the numbers mean anything and eight to twelve before we would call a channel proven.
Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?
No. It is a flat monthly fee, agreed in your quote. Percentage-of-spend pricing rewards an agency for spending more of your money, which is a strange incentive to build a relationship on.
