Google Ads management, judged on the leads it brings in.
Search, Performance Max and Shopping campaigns built and run in-house by our team in Lahore, for businesses in Pakistan, the UK, the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Every click tracked through to a call, form, WhatsApp message or sale.
Where Google Ads budgets go missing
Google Ads is easy to switch on and easy to waste money in. Broad keywords and default settings will happily spend your budget on searches that have little to do with what you sell: job hunters, people looking for something free, students researching a topic.
The second leak is tracking. Plenty of accounts count a page view or button click as a conversion, so bidding optimises towards the wrong thing and reports look healthier than the business feels. Calls and WhatsApp enquiries, often the most valuable leads, frequently go untracked.
The third is the landing page. Paying for a precise search and sending it to a general homepage throws away most of what made the click worth buying.
Our approach
Tracking before spend. We set up conversion tracking for form submissions, calls from your ads and website, and WhatsApp clicks, then check each one fires once and only once. For online stores, purchases are tracked with their value, so bidding has something real to aim at.
Search-term review, every week. We read the actual searches that triggered your ads, not just the keywords we chose, and add negative keywords to shut out the ones that will never buy. It is the least glamorous part of the job, and the one that protects your budget most.
Landing pages matched to search intent. Someone searching for an emergency electrician and someone comparing quotes for a rewire want different pages. We group keywords by intent and send each group to a page that answers it, built by our web team if it does not exist yet.
Separate campaigns per country. Each market you advertise in gets its own campaign, budget, schedule in local time, currency, spelling and search terms. Lumping the UK, the US and Australia together hides which market is paying its way.
Google Ads usually works best alongside Meta Ads, which reaches people before they start searching. Both sit within our wider paid media and email service if you would like them run together.
Google Ads for B2B and SaaS
For B2B and software companies the search is usually less urgent and the sale is longer. Someone searching for an accounting tool or a payroll provider may compare several options over a few weeks, and the decision often involves more than one person.
We structure these accounts around that: separate campaigns for problem searches, category searches and comparison searches; landing pages that offer a demo, a trial or something genuinely useful rather than only a call button; and conversion tracking that follows leads into your CRM, so bidding works towards qualified opportunities rather than every form fill. If you sell into several countries, each one gets its own campaign and budget.

Launch focused

Who it's for
Businesses whose customers search for what they sell: service firms, clinics, trades, B2B suppliers, education and online stores.
Especially if you already run ads and cannot say which searches produce paying customers.
Who owns what
The Google Ads account, billing, Google tag and Analytics all sit in your name, with access for us that you can remove at any time.
How we measure results
Clicks and impressions are in the report, but they are not the score. We manage your account against:
- Qualified leads: enquiries that match the work you want, checked against what you tell us came in.
- Cost per lead and cost per qualified lead: the second is what matters to your margins.
- Conversions by type: forms, calls and WhatsApp messages, reported separately.
- Revenue and return on ad spend: for online stores, where each sale’s value is tracked.
- Results by country: for accounts running in more than one market.
We also ask you regularly which leads became customers. Google cannot see that part, and it is the most useful feedback an account can get.
Every month you get a written report on spend, results and the changes we made, plus live access to your own dashboard in the Client Area.

Common questions
How much does Google Ads management cost?
It is quoted to scope: the number of campaigns and countries, whether tracking needs rebuilding, and whether landing pages are part of the work. We do not publish prices. Ad spend is separate and goes straight to Google. See what each of our Packages includes, or contact us for a quote.
How long before Google Ads starts working?
Ads can start showing within a day or two, but working is a different question. The early weeks go on learning which searches convert and cutting the ones that do not. Expect four to six weeks before the numbers mean much, and two to three months before we would call a campaign proven. Low-volume accounts take longer.
Do you work with businesses outside Pakistan?
Yes. Our team is based in Lahore and works remotely with businesses in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, as well as Pakistan. Campaigns are set up for your market’s time zone, currency and search language, and calls fit your hours.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Everything is month-to-month with one month’s notice on either side. There is no lock-in, no minimum term and no exit fee.
Do you provide reporting?
Yes. A written monthly report covering spend, leads, cost per lead and what we changed, plus live access to your own dashboard at any time.
Who owns the Google Ads account?
You do. The ad account, billing, conversion tracking and Google tag are set up in your name. If we part ways you keep everything, including the account’s history.
Can you take over an existing account?
Yes. We audit first, keep what is working, and avoid rebuilding from scratch when the account’s history is still useful.
